How to extend c drive on server 2008?

Our 2008 server running low, and there is only 1GB left in C drive. Is there a way to extend c drive on Server 2008 without data loss?

You may delete the partition that next to your C drive (maybe D), and then you can extend the C drive with Extend feature under disk management.
